 Laser Surgery:
Face:
Using the Carbon Dioxide
and/or Erbium Laser, the top layer of skin is precisely removed to eliminate
many fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation changes from sun damage and soften
some acne scars. This procedure is either a supplement to a Facelift or other
facial operation or can alone make a tremendous difference in someone’s
appearance. Working best on fine wrinkles and lines, laser resurfacing also
produces tightening of skin in a mild facelift-like effect. The top layer of
skin grows back within 7 to 10 days and makeup can then be worn to cover up a
sunburn-like redness that gradually fades over the next 2 to 8 weeks.

Spider
Vein Removal:
Small spider veins, usually on the face and legs, can be effectively
treated with the Laser. This done in the office and no anesthesia is necessary.
A second treatment or saline injection may be necessary for more difficult
veins.
Tattoo
Removal:
The laser can be very
effective at removing tattoos. However, multiple treatments are necessary and
local anesthesia can be used.
Age
Spot Removal:
Age spots, usually brownish pigmentations on the hands and face can be
treated with the laser in the office. Some pigmented lesions may need
to be biopsied or removed surgically.
